Simply Water and Miox have been a blessing to our YMCA. Our entire organization is acutely attuned to risk management and safety issues. Five swimming pools and two spas obviously represent a great exposure. In over two years of Miox use, all of our pool operations have worked perfectly. Our water has never looked or tested better. Chemical and labor costs have been reduced. Back in the Spring of 2003 I attended the NSSA spring conference in Dallas, Texas. One of the guest speakers was from a company called Simply Water. His name was Rick Dempsey and my pool water will never be the same again!

Rick is by far the most knowledgeable person I have talked to when it comes to pool water chemistry. While most vendors go for the Quick Sale Method, Rick and Simply Water are just the opposite. If he has a certain type of product or equipment that can help in the long run then he will bring that into the conversation. His understanding of our business, an indoor swim school with large bather loads and small volume of warm water, is second to none. He truly needed to understand my pool chemistry issues so that he could decide if he and Simply Water could help.

All of this lead us to the next step in working with Rick. We recently installed a MIOX system and it is wonderful. Once again, Simply Water lived up to my expectations. Within 48 hours of switching from liquid chlorine to the MIOX system our students started telling us something was different. They noticed that the typical indoor pool chlorine smell was gone. We have also noticed the irritated red eyes that some of the kids get has decreased. My instructors are saying that they feel much better after spending several hours in the pool. Their skin doesn't seem to have that dried out feeling anymore. The real test was passed when my warm water aerobics and therapy clients started to say the same things.
